After-sale Service

Customer would notify us of any alleged defect in or damage to the goods in all respects and send a notice in writing to specify the particular defect, and if so requested, may send on-site pictures and samples of the goods in question to us as an evidence of quality defects and non-conformity. Any goods shown to the satisfaction of us within the time provided to be so defective will be replaced without charge or issue credit in such amount as it deems reasonable. However, it is understood that we shall not be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective goods or liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages with the exception that the materials, solvents and printing ink used for producing the food packages are found to be not food grade approved and cause losses to our customer.
